దైవికమైన వారికి నిత్యత్వము అంటే సూర్యాస్తమయము లేని రోజులాంటిది.ఇదే భక్తిహీనులకైతే సూర్యోదయము లేని రాత్రిలాంటిది. నేను మేల్కొని నీతోనే ఉందును.(కీర్తన 139:18)నీవు దేవునితోనే ఇప్పుడుంటే ప్రతిదినము నీ అంతరంగాన్ని పరిశీలించుకో. ప్రతీ దినము దేవునితో నీ హృదయాన్ని ముడివేసుకో,తాళపు చెవి ఆయన చేతికి ఇచ్చివేయు. ప్రభువు ద్వంద్వ మనస్సును కాదు ...పగిలిన హృదయాన్నే ప్రేమిస్తారు.సోమరియైనవాడు దయ్యము తనలో పనిచేసేందుకు తగినవాడు.దీనుడైన రక్షకునివైపు చూస్తే,గర్వము అనే ఈకలు రాలిపోతాయి.భక్తిగల వ్యక్తీ పరలోక సంబంధి.అతడు పరలోకములో ఉండబోయే ముందు పరలోకము అతనిలో ఉంటుంది. నిజమైన విశ్వాసము ఆయన అడుగు జాడ కానరాని చోట ఆయన యందు నమ్మిక ఉంచుతుంది.మన తలంపులు పైనున్న సంగతులపైనే ఉంటే మనం మధురమైన జీవితాన్ని జీవిస్తాము. పాపము చేదు కానంతవరకు క్రీస్తు మధురము కాజాలడు.

The devil waits for the time of backsliding to mislead us with his thoughts. There was a man working with me. He was a backslider and I did not know it. He used to be full of suggestions about how our work should be done. I used to pray about his suggestions. Seeing God’s guidance being contrary to them, I used to drop them.
